The Aspen Condo Phase C Project is registered under Condominium Registration No. 35/2563. The condominium is registered by Mana Patanakarn Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Pasan Sawatburi and Mr. Apichat Rakchang, who are authorized directors of the company. The company has a registered capital of THB 1,100,000,000 (one billion one hundred million baht), fully paid up. The company's office is located at 2/3 Moo 14, 18th Floor, Bangna Tower A, Bangna-Trad Road, Km. 6.5, Bang Kaeo Subdistrict, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province.  

The project consists of two residential condominium buildings, each with eight floors, totaling 425 units. The common property includes a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a customer lounge. The common area fee is THB 35 per square meter, while the sinking fund fee is THB 500 per square meter.  

The condominium is situated on Sukhumvit 105 Road (Lasalle), covering land title deeds No. 2909 and part of No. 499 in Bang Na Subdistrict, Bang Na District, Bangkok. The total land area is 2 rai, 1 ngan, and 27.5 square wah. The land and condominium are mortgaged to Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited. The project has received approval for its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report under document No. ทส 1009.5/15005, dated December 9, 2015. Condominium unit owners are responsible for all expenses and taxes as prescribed by condominium law.
